I don't like her blonde version.....(I've playied the game and I Know why she is blonde)
now my favourite character from resident evil is Sheva....

i played the game 600 times and i cant fully figure out y she is blonde isnt it cus of the emblem thing

the reason she is blonde is because of the Raccoon City incident.

Let me explain:
Back in the 3rd game (SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED IT!) she was bitten and infected with the T-virus. A survivor got her an antidote and helped her from becoming a zombie with the undead. The T-virus was not destroyed, and thus stayed in a dormant state in her body.

After the Mansion, when Jill knocks Wesker out of the window and into the sea, Wesker took her and put her into a type of cryogenics, but with water, where he could monitor her vitals and the like. Once it was evident that she had developed anti-bodies for the T-Virus, he used her blood to help create Uroboros. While in this water filled container (Also part of the story line) the continued exposure to the water and constant testing slowly bleached her hair blonde and her skin to a pale white.
